Yes! WFMU is one of my super favorites -- do you ever listen to The Best Show on WFMU? Because it is the best one and also hilarious. In addition, they also have a kick ass blog (http://blog.wfmu.org/).

WFMU has gotten me through several shitty days at various office jobs. I second the Best Show kudos, as well as Kenny G, Small Change, Soulville, and pretty much everything they do.
